KCE was retained by a well-known retail developer to provide the design of major site plans for the construction of a new multi-tenant retail building. The engineering design consisted of an overflow parking area, lighting, landscaping, and utility design. A porous pavement system was designed for the overflow parking area so as to minimize off-site stormwater runoff as a result of this project.

KCE designed the site plan for a new office building in Rumson, New Jersey. The civil engineering of the site plans included the design of a porous pavement system to accommodate the increase in runoff from the development site. In addition, KCE provided the design of the parking and pedestrian circulation areas, lighting, landscaping, and utilities.
CATENA MINI DEALERSHIP
Working closely with a prominent and established automotive dealer, KCE prepared site plans to accommodate the construction and redevelopment of an obsolete warehouse site in Ocean Township, New Jersey. The civil engineering design included layout, grading, landscaping, lighting, and upgraded utility services. In addition, KCE designed an underground stormwater detention system to properly mitigate the increase in stormwater runoff from this development.
